Dan Charlson founded Vertex Coaching in Lancaster to do one thing well: take strength athletes from their first proper training cycle to the international platform, one honest programming block at a time.

Every athlete gets programming written around their own recovery, schedule and competition calendar — not a template pulled off a shelf. Dan coaches powerlifters, strongman competitors and strength athletes in person out of Lancaster and remotely across the UK.
